Write to info@delam.ai and tell us what you are seeing, which phone you use and, if you can, a screenshot. Please do not send passwords.
Common questions
- Export my things. In the app, open You and choose the export option. You get your own entries and photos.
- Delete my account. In the app, open You, then Delete account. See how deletion works.
- Unlink from my partner. Open You and choose to unlink. You each keep your own content, and there is a 30-day grace period.
- Cancel my subscription. On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Olives. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Olives.
- Restore a purchase. Open You, then Plan, then Restore purchases.
If you are not safe
Olives is not an emergency service. If you are in danger, call 911. In the app, open Help and safety in You for the quick exit and for more help.
