Delete your account
How to delete your Olives account and what happens to your data.
In the app
Open Olives, go to You, choose Delete account and confirm. This cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- The entries and photos you authored, your profile and your sessions.
- Your link to your partner. Your partner keeps their own entries privately.
What may remain
- Copies in backups, which age out on a rolling schedule.
- Limited records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons.
- De-identified information that no longer identifies you.
- Anything your partner has already saved or exported themselves.
Before you delete
You can export your own entries and photos first, in You. If you pay for Olives through Apple or Google, cancel there too, because deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
Cannot get into the app?
Write to info@delam.ai from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Olives account". We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we will answer within 30 days.
